Digital Products – No Returns or Refunds

All products sold on Prompt Place are digital products (PDF files containing AI prompts and related digital content).

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once the purchase is completed and access to the product is provided.

Unlike physical items, digital products cannot be returned, as they are instantly delivered and fully accessible after purchase.

Access Issues & Technical Problems

If you experience any issues with your purchase, such as:

  • not receiving access to the product
  • corrupted or unreadable files
  • incorrect or incomplete digital content

please contact us at info@promptplace.store within 7 days of purchase.

We will review the issue and, if applicable, provide:

  • a replacement file, or
  • corrected access to the purchased product

Refunds are not guaranteed and are considered only in exceptional technical cases, at our sole discretion.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • change of mind
  • accidental purchases
  • dissatisfaction based on personal expectations
  • lack of results from using the prompts
  • failure to read the product description before purchasing

We strongly encourage reviewing all product details prior to checkout.

European Union – Digital Content Exception

Under EU consumer protection laws, the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to digital content once delivery has begun and access to the digital product has been provided.

By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right to withdraw from the purchase.

Chargebacks & Abuse Prevention

We reserve the right to deny refunds and revoke access to our products in cases of fraudulent claims, unauthorized chargebacks, or abuse of our digital content.
